Why do I need terms and a credit application?
Because without them it's your word against theirs. Written terms set when you get paid and what happens if you aren't. A credit application tells you who you're really dealing with, and gets the owners to promise to pay personally. If a customer goes quiet, you have something solid to point to.
I'm not a "business person". Is this too complicated?
Not at all. It's built for mum-and-dad operators. You answer simple questions in everyday language, and we set up the paperwork for you. If you can send an invoice, you can use this.

Is the $700 price real? What happens on 1 December?
Yes. $700 is our launch price until 11:59pm on 30 November 2026 (Brisbane time). From 1 December 2026 the Get Paid Pack is $1,400. Buy before the deadline and you pay $700. No GST is charged.
How long does it take?
About 15 minutes to answer the questionnaire. Your documents arrive by email within 2 business days of your completed questionnaire.
What do you mean by "set up for my business"?
The documents are standard. We fill in your business details and the options you choose in the questionnaire, like deposit percentage, payment stages, due dates and interest rate.
Can I use them with both businesses and consumers?
Yes. The pack includes separate versions for business customers and for consumer (household) customers. Some industries, like home building, have extra contract rules for consumer jobs, so check whether any apply to you.
How does debt recovery work?
You give us written authority. We contact your debtor by phone, email and letter to arrange payment or a payment plan, and we monitor the plan. Debtors pay you directly; we never hold your money. We're not a law firm and we don't make legal threats. Available for debtors in QLD, NSW, VIC and ACT. Fee: quote on request.
Can you help with the PPSR?
The PPSR is a government register where you can record that goods you supplied are still yours until they're paid for. Ask us: email enquiry@collectmate.com.au and tell us what you supply and who to.
Will this guarantee I get paid?
No one can guarantee that. But clear rules, a deposit, a personal promise from the owners and quick follow-up make it far more likely, and put you in a much stronger spot if a customer won't pay.

Yes. If you're not happy, email us within 14 days of buying, before you've used the documents with a customer, and we'll refund you in full. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply as well.
